COMMON RAIL DIESEL TECHNOLOGYTo ensure both power and efficiency, MAXXUM Multicontroller tractors are equipped with a four-valve 4.5 or 6.7 litre turbocharged, intercooled, low-emission diesel engine. They supply their maximum torque at engine speeds as low as 1400rpm in draft applications and 1600rpm in PTO and transport applications when Power Management is active. The engine is designed to generate maximum power at 1800 – 2000rpm. Engine Power management of up to 26 horsepower means you have more lugging ability in tough conditions.
POWER AND SPEED MANAGEMENTManagement systems.Power Management is standard on all model to give you up to twenty six additional horse power during PTO operation or up to fifteen additional horse power when hauling heavy loads on the road;further enhancing their amazing power-to-weight ratio.Constant Engine Speed Management allows the operator to program engine speed where PTO speed is imperative regardless of load, ensuring smooth operation of the implement.

RUGGED POWER WITH PRECISION CONTROLThe heart of the system is a high capacity pressure flow compensating, variable displacement piston pump that delivers up to 113 litres/min through a power beyond port or up to 95l/min to any single remote valve. A completely separate hydraulic pump supplys the steering system so you stay fully in control even when operating a loader.Powerful rear hitch. A lift capacity of up to 7864kg lets you fit the heaviest of implements. The hydraulics and linkage controls are easy to use and operators working on their own will be pleased with the features provided outside the cab to assist them in connecting up equipment to the hitch and PTO.EHC draft control. MAXXUM tractors feature Electronic Hitch Control to automatically adjust the height of the hitch according to the draft load. The system is set using the hitch control integrated into the right hand control panel (Intuitive Control Panel on the armrest in MAXXUM Multicontroller tractors).
