The KUHN RW round bale wrappers (excluding the RW 1200) are designed with an wrapping table. The driven wide spaced belts secure maximum traction and as a result correct film overlap. Each model is capable of wrapping round bales as from 1.00m to 1.50m diameter and a width of 1.25m. Depending on the model divers control systems are available.

The KUHN RW 1600 self-loading trailed round bale wrapper is the choice of those who demands higher capacity and efficiency. Thanks to its low-profile chassis design, loading arm and integrated counterweight it is capable of loading round bales up to 1200kg without problems. In addition RW 1600 is capable of loading and carrying a second bale in the loading arm while remaining wrapping. The RW 1600 has a high speed round bale turntable which enables the film, coming from the pre-stretcher, to be wrapped around the bale. Once the correct amount of film layers are applied, the film is firmly held and cut by the spring loaded film cutter. The RW 1600 can be operated via the 3-handle cable control, electro-hydraulic joystick or computer control box.
